Heritage Conservation
Shruti Foundation revives the architectural soul of Shekhawati — saving frescoed havelis, temples and heritage structures from irreversible decay through traditional craftsmanship and modern structural science.

Our Mission

To conserve heritage
In Shekhawati, the havelis and temples are not museums. They are living spaces — places of prayer, community and memory that people still pass through every day. Shruti Foundation believes that every crumbling wall in Shekhawati holds a story.
Our mission in heritage conservation is to listen to that story — and give it the centuries it deserves. We restore not just stone and lime, but the memory, identity and pride of communities who have lived among these structures for generations.
We conserves the living heritage of Shekhawati — using traditional wisdom, honest materials and deep respect for the original craft — so that what was built in the 1900s can stand for another 200 years.
