Showcase days — more than just an exhibition

At every showcase, women bring their finished rugs and display them with their own names attached. Buyers and visitors see not just products — but the people who made them. The celebration at the end of every training batch is the moment everything becomes real.

  • Women present their own work to buyers directly

  • Recognition from community builds deep pride

  • Sales at exhibitions fund the next batch of learners

  • Celebrations mark each completed training batch

In their own words

Sunita Devi

Weaver, Ramgarh

I used to throw away old sarees. Now I weave them into rugs and sell them. My children see me work and feel proud.

The loom taught me patience. And patience gave me everything — confidence, money, respect in my home.

When I started I was a student. Now I teach. That journey — from learner to leader — that is what this gives you.
